Strawberry Hand Pies

These cute little hand pies are a great snack and easier than cutting a pie

Step 1: Ingredients

Strawberry jam

Egg white

Pie dough (visit my pie dough instructable)

Step 2: Steps

Roll out your dough and cut circles
Place jam into the middle and smear water around the edge
Fold it over and seal with a fork
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes

Step 3: Results

Let them cool and enjoy
