Introduction: Easy Flour & Water Stress Relief Balls

Hello.

These Stress Relief Balls are really useful for when your feeling irritated and you can get annoyed with the stress ball rather than getting unnecessarily cross with siblings, children, spouses or other people around your home. Read, Make and Enjoy.

Supplies

You Will Need:

A Funnel

A Large Cup

4 Balloons

Scissors

Spoon

Flour

Water

Step 1: Prepare Your Balloon

Take your first balloon and attach the tip to the funnel place the funnel in the large cup and you are prepared to start filling the balloon. The cup is to protect from spillages incase a small amount of the filling overflows.

Step 2: Fill Your First Balloon

Now pour a little flour into the funnel. Start to coax the flour into the balloon, you may want to use a spoon to move the flour a little to speed up the process. Once you have done your first set of flour squeeze the top of the balloon, just below the bottom of the funnel, to move the flour out of the way of the funnel hole.

Step 3: Complete Filling the First Balloon

Continue pouring in flour and shaking it into the balloon until it has reached your required size. Gently pull the balloon off the funnel nozzle over the cup as the flour has a tendency to go everywhere (you may want to press the flour into the balloon before removing it from the funnel). Knot the balloon, wipe it clean gently with a cloth and dry it with a tea towel.

Step 4: Complete the First Balloon

Now take two more balloons, preferably of the same colour and cut the tops off. Now here comes the slightly more difficult part, take one of the balloon bases and stretch it over the base balloon, once completed turn the covered balloon over and repeat the process with the other balloon base to cover the uncovered area. You have now completed Stress Relief Ball number 1.

Step 5: Start Ball 2

Now repeat step 1 by preparing your next balloon. Pour a little water down the funnel, (you may want to have rinsed the funnel from flour first), if you wanted more water than is given, you could put it under a tap to pressure it into filling to its full capacity. You have now completed making your Stress Relief Balls. Squeeze them get annoyed with them whatever, to stop you from getting stressed or irritated.
