Introduction: Sucuk Peppers Pan With Quail & Kidney Beans Recipe



300g Kidney bean

300g Quail beans

250g Sucuk

250g Minced meat

4 Carliiston paprika

3 Dolma paprika

2 Onions

1 glas cream

salt, pepper & chili flakes

Step 1: Preparation

Peel & cut the sucuk in pieces and fry them with the minced meat in a hot pan. Scatter salt, pepper & chili flakes to it. Remove it out of the pan when it looks good. Cut the paprika & onions and fry it in the pan. When the onions are golden add the quail & kidney beans. Stir it and scatter salt, pepper & chili flakes to it.

Step 2: Finish

Add the cream and let it cook 10 minutes. Now it is ready to serv and enjoy.
