Do your clothes slip off your cloth hanger easily? You can fix that easily with Sugru! See how in this Instructable:

STEP 1: Attaching the Stoppers

Break a package of Sugru into 2 parts and form a kind of "horn" which you can attach on the end of the hanger. Try to make it a bit pointy so it will keep the clothes on its place.

STEP 2: Finish

There you have a customised cloth hanger for wide T-Shirts, Skirts or similiar! Try it yourself!
