Step 1: Fixing a Dremel Inside the Collar.

Fixing a Dremel inside the collar and tightening the adjustable clamp is the first job. Next you place the this Dremel with collar moderately tightened (Over tight will break the the plastic body of your dremel !!!) in side the diverging Dremel router base prepared, adjusting the height of the tool according to your tool feed requirement
Now ensure the grip of this diverging base on dremel collar assembly by tightening the Snug Screws provided as shown in figure illustrations.

Interesting and skilled project, as many of your instructables are! My only concern is cracking the housing or the screws vibrating into the shaft and motor. Has the design held since you created it?
