Step 1: Super Cheap Fidget Toy

grab some cardboard, a paper clip and a pair of scissors, cut a piece of card board that fits your hand the make two holes with the paper clip in a suitable place's on the either side of the card board, continue to do the same on athother piece of card board. once your done all that cut two square one smaller then the other, the large one will be the part that you spin and the small one will be a Stabilizer punch a hole in each square and then cut the paper clip in two places slide the two pieces of paper clip the the hole with the squares inlined fold the paper clip so they wont fall out and u have your self a super ceap fidget toy :)
