STEP 1: LETS GET STARTED !

What you need:'

4ft. of 1/2in. PVC( you will have extras)
2 1/2in. Tees
1 1/2in. Flat Cap
1 1/2in. round cap
1 1/2in. Ball Valve
1 1/2in. Elbows
1 Maxi lock string holder that can fit over male 1/2in. PVC (optional)
Scope or whatever you what to use as a sight! (optional)
2L Coke Bottle
PVC Cement
Drill and bit
Little Marshmellows (optional)
PVC Cutter
Ball Pump and Adapter used to inflate air mattresses (make sure it fits in a ball pump) '

Cut the PVC into these measurements!'

A= 23in.
B= 2.5in.
C= 2.5in.
D= 5.5in.
E= 3in.
F= 4in.
G= 2.5in.'

STEP 2: Drilling the Hole!

TAKE the drill and drill a hole in the flat cap! Make the hole big enough but small enough to put the adapter in tightly !

Put glue on the inside of the Flat cap and let it dry !

Make sure it doesn't move in side..... then put glue on the outside of the cap !

Make sure it has no holes left!! '

STEP 3: Put the Scope on !

Time to put the scope on ! This is completely optional! I use a Daisy Air Rifle Scope! They are about $8 at Wal-Mart.... !

Well its time to put it on to put it on take two scrap PVC peices that are the same size ! glue the Scraps to the barrel and let it dry ! After it drys glue the scope to the scraps !! And let it Dry!!

STEP 4: Make the Tank!

NOW lets put the tank together!

First lets start with the BALL VALVE ...... its connected to Peice (B) !

Peice (B) is connected to the (Tee)!

Lets go to the (Tee)'s bottom open slot where (C) goes in ..... and the (flat cap) with the adapter
connected in it!!

There should be one more slot open where Peice (D) goes!

The elbow connects to Peice (D)! IN the othe open slot put peice (E) in there!

YOU should have another (TEE) left and connect it to Peice (E) on the bottom peice that doesnt have have another open slots like that!

Put Peice (F) on the left slot and put the cap on it !

Heres the last step..... put Peice (G) in the last hole on the (TEE) ...... and put the COKE BOTTLE over peice (G) then Glue it!!

THERE YOU HAVE IT !! THE TANK IS DONE!!!!'

STEP 5: PUT the Rest on !

Now you should have the Ball Valve and the Barrel left! !

Put the Ball Valve and Connect it to the barrel! (DO not GLUE this is the single most expensive piece you HAVE TO BUYand once you glue it on tightly you cant get it off! )

Now you have the Valve and the Barrel Connected!

Now connect the Barrel and valve to the tank ! i would recemend you not glue the tank to the Ball Valve! i would just use strong tape to hold it in place!!

STEP 6: ADD FINISHING TOUCHES!

NOW its time to add Kool Things to it like The bipod and suppressor!!

FIrst lets talk bout the BIPOD!

NOw Find To long Peices OF PVC and cut them the same size! (if you dont have extra PVC find something else or you dont have tho make a bipod!

Now glue the to legs wereever you want them !

there you have it a bipod!'

STEP 7: LETS ADD THE SUPPRESSOR!

NO ITS TIME TO ADD THE SUPPRESSOR!



i used a MAXI-LOCK sewing string holder!

you can use anything that looks kool and fits!!!



Now to put it on slide the end on till it fits snug and then glue it and there you have it you super air rifle!!

no becouse the bottle holds the pressurized air.
But you could also make your own air container from a bigger pvc pipe.

Nice one! I have a similar design and principles with your design, the only difference is I do not use CO2 or air pressure to fire the gun. Instead the tank which I customized was made of 1 1/4" x 12" PVC attached with a stronger plastic bottle neck including the cap on both ends and attached to gun. It uses a denatured alcohol as a CO2 charger by means of igniting it inside the tank. Two ends of wire is then drilled to the tank and was attached to an electric igniter of a conventional lighter as the trigger, just adding a strip of plastic to look like a real gun trigger for better firing. The principle is explosive and more powerful and uses a marble as the bullet. Firing the riffle without the marble inside the barrel will create an explosion as strong as the firing of a .38 caliper revolver. A load of marble inside when fired can penetrate a 2 pcs. of 1/4" thick plywood. I had tried it shooting a mad dog on the loose in the neighborhood and the marble managed to penetrate to the skull of the dog that killed it. I am still on the process of making the design to be instructible for all to compare and try.

this is cool but you've got to be careful because one PVC is not all that string after a bunch of high pressure high heat explosions and is liable to shatter (some people use copper pipe instead a lot stronger in every way and doesn't shatter and looks a bit better aswell) and two this is legally considered a firearm in most countries as it uses explosions (cant remember the technical word) and also the fact it killed a dog, it would almost definitely kill a human...so don't flash it about when the cops are around.

no it shot homemade blowgun darts of 100ft good.... i relized that the coke bottle is not good when it exploded on my hand you can see the old scars in the pics on my hand and fingers!! luckally i have my hunting boddy suit from carhartt to save me from and lethal blows !! it took my hearing out like it was a flashbang used in the millitary!! so i moved to a PVC air tank rated to 600 psi which i only use at 140 PSI and it shoots darts now over 500 ft !! im making a 3/4in PVC barrel and different semi auto PUMATIC GUN that im going to use as a paintball RPG sniper that can shoot 5 shots semi auto with one fill of the tank to 140 psi !! im going to make an instructable on it and its going to beat and air cannon youve ever seen!! moooohaaahahhahahahahahahahh lol !'

i have made a few b4, that was b4 i made an account on instructables and i didn't bother taking pics because i think anyone would be interested, sadly i dismantled them cause i need the parts from the cannons for a differnet project, but no i am workin on a hi psi cannon that works at 200 to 600 or more psi, it will easily make over 1200yards to problem or easly make 1km without breakin a sweat

I MADE THE CANNON!!!
Here's the low down:
VERY HIGH PRESSURE AIR CANNON
Operating Pressure:6000psi-10000psi
Velocity: approx 2850 f/s take or lose some
Cal: .50BMG
Rifled: 8 groove sharp cut
Operating temp: 40oC-120oC
Recoil: alot!
Firing Sound: large crack and bang, followed by the sound of the sound barrier being broken
Damage: killed a large wild pig at 500m, leaving extremely large exit wound
Accuracy: 100m vairence of 4cm either way

The 1st time me and my friend fired this (after 2months of finding parts, turning barrels and chambers, heat problems and SCROUNGING FOR MONEY!!)
we had it mounted on a piece of thick hard wood and steel pegs, pegging it to the ground it broke its mount and half deafened us which was a hell of a fright, especially having 4 full hours of constant ringing in your ears. It snapped The main bracket closet to the muzzle and bent the bullet locking rod which is a thin piece of stainless steel which pokes at the rear of the bullet to hold it in place (very hard steel 2 bend btw). we fired it at this tank of water which just dissapeared at a cloud of mist (look SOOO cool).

A week later me and my friend took it to my fathers farm and found a big big and shot it at about 500m and it dropped like it wasn't even alive, it had blood coming out every opening of its body and a exit wound of about 2 fist sizes and didn't look to good.

The barrel is one meter long and is 1.5inches think of bizzleite (real heavy)

OOh...evil thought...I could put a .20g airsoft BB down the barrel...500 fps puts the BB an inch under your skin, so...2850fps (wait, this is a lighter ammo than you used!)About 4000fps would rip through you body... >:->

the .20g airsoft bb pellet wouldnt be able 2 sustain that sort of volocity for long, and on contact to a surface the pellet would exploded leaving alot of surface damage and not much internal damage

Forget it. .12's split at less than 500 FPS. You may see a cloud from the end of the barrel, not much more.
