Introduction: Surime and Cucumber Anemona


This is a playful way of presenting a salad that is quite tasty easy to make and completly edible.

Step 1: Ingredients


1- Cucumbre
3- surime sticks(one per cucmber cup)
Mayonaisse
Paprika
Seaweed
Red pepper
Scallions
Garlic Salt

Step 2: Peel the Cucumber


Save the peel for later

Step 3: Cut the Cucumber


Cut it in even pieces. You can use the first cut piece to make even cuts.

Step 4: Cucumber Cups

Take a mellon bowler and remove the seed, leaving some to make a small cup.

Step 5: Prepare the Surime

separate the surime into individual strings.

Step 6: Surime Seasoning

Mix the surime with the paprika, mayonaisse and garlic salt to taste.

Step 7: Divide Surime

Take the surime and separate into even groups.

Step 8: Surime Palm Trees

Fold in half the suirme and then tie it down with a strap of seaweed. To make a little palm tree.

Step 9: Fill the Cup

Put the surime palm tree into the cucumber cup. Repeat for all the cups.

Step 10: Pepper Nemo

Cut out the red pepper into a small fish shape. The fish should be proportionate in size to the fille cups.

Step 11: Decorations

Use the seaweed and scallions and the cucumber peel to decorate and present your cucumber and surime anemona.
