Sweet Money Clip

Introduction: Sweet Money Clip

About: Leave a comment.

This is a very simple money clip that will only take you about 2 minutes.

Step 1: Materials

This part is very easy and will be very cheap if you don"t have them:

-1 cheap money clip from the dollar store (or any were else, doesn't matter)

-Super Glue

-Gameboy game ( really you can use any thing you want this will be the "faceplate" )

-Multi-purpose tool EX:a leatherman

Step 2: Remove the Boring Faceplate

With your multi tool detach the faceplate(the small plastic thing on the front , mine was a eagle)

Step 3: Attaching on the New Faceplate

Now that you have taken off the old faceplate you are ready to put on your own take the super glue on put it on the money clip (were the old faceplate was) and press the clip and the gameboy game together. Now you are all done!

Can you buy money-clips that don't have things like eagles on them, or do they all have something stuck on them? (Have you got any money to put in this - it would be good to see a picture stuffed with notes?) L

It's a great idea for a mod, especially if you liked Gameboy growing up! My only suggestion is that you might want to retake the pictures so that they aren't so blurry and we can see the finished product more clearly. great job!

neat idea - I'd do this with my old super mario land 2 game (greatest gameboy game ever!) but I'm very fond of my current money holder: green rubber band (it MUST be green for it to work) wrapped around my cash and cards
