Sweet and Simple Winter Manicure

Step 1: What You Will Need

What you will need:
N.Y.C. starry silver glitter polish
Clear polish
White polish

Step 2: Step One-

Start off with a base coat of clear polish
to protect you natural nail.

Step 3: Step Two-

Paint your nails one coat of a solid
white, then do another coat to make
it more opaque.

Step 4: Step Three-

When your nails are completely dry
paint  two or three coats of the glitter polish to get
the best outcome.

Step 5: Step Five-

When dry, paint a 
final coat of clear polish to seal in
you design.
