you should use a long wooden dowel

If you could reply with in the next couple days that would be great and I hope you liked it and I hope you will consider letting me make the bow an instructable

I tried to make the cams in my own disine but with the same shape but was unffortunent lay not able to I want to make this an instructables for people but I wanted to have knex freak 95 permission I know It may sound stupid to be asking permission but I did make my cams off of his design and I didn't want him to feel as though I stole his idea so if I do make this an instructables if it is ok with you knex freak 95 I would say that the instructable was also supported by you and that people should checkout your knex compound bow

Here is a picture of my newest knex compound bow and I had modified it from my previous bow by making the body a little but shorter and adding a site and by changing the cam disine and the cam disine was based off of knex freak 95

Looks good but im sure my new bow will beat it. Unfinished and shooting consistently between 320-330 ft with a dowel rod. I will be uploading pictures soon.
It follows the same idea as my scout bow but this one is about 4 ft across.

320ft?

Forgot to say but as far as arrows go i have came up with a pretty good way of making them fast. Take a dowel rod ( as long as you need) thats about 2ft long.
Now your going to need some epoxcy putty. Use it to form an arrow tip (this is mainly for weight) and let it harden.
Just use some feathers (fishing shops sell them for fly fishing) for the flights. I glue these on to make it easier.

You know, I really hate to post late replies, but that has to be the most outrageous but still very impressive creation I've heard of on this site.
