This is a recipe I spliced together from several different recipes, and a bit of my own twist to it. Its really easy to make and it doesn't take much time.
This recipe takes about 30 minutes to make. This recipe makes enough for 36 cookies.
Here is what you will need:
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix - this is exactly one packet of pudding mix, no need to measure
2-1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup of softened butter
1/4 cup of white sugar
3 teaspoons of Nutella (you can vary the amount at your own discretion on this one, but this worked well for me)
2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
The outcome will be really soft chewy cookies that stays soft for days. Let's move on...

Step 1: Initial Prep...
Preheat your oven to 350ºF and get your baking pan of choice ready. I didn't find it necessary to grease the baking pan, as long as you're patient when they cool, they come up without a problem.
Step 2: Mixing the Ingredients...
Use a large bowl to whisk together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Then mix in the pudding mix until it is completely blended together. Then mix in the nutella and eggs. After the mixture is completely blended, mix in the flour completely. Then finally add in the chocolate chips and mix.
Then place your batter on your pan in the shape or size of your own liking..

Step 3: Bake
Bake the cookies for 11 - 12 minutes. If you burn them, they will definitely harden, so watch your time! And then let them cool for 5 - 10 minutes before you try to pick them up just to make sure they come up in one piece...
...and just enjoy!
This was my first submission, so I hope it all made sense!
