Step 1: Step 1 Handle

for the handle all you need is pvc pipe, silver paint, fake leather, and hot glue. you will first need the pipe, leather, and hot glue.

(part 1) Wrap the leather around the pipe and hot glue the two ends together and make sure that you also hot glue the leather to the pipe.

(Part 2) when the pipe is facing up get a small piece of leather and cover the bottom of the pipe and with the same piece wrap around the bottom of the pipe and hot glue it.

Step 2: Step 2: Hammer

part 1) when making the the actual hammer you are going to need the hard foam and cut the foam blocks into each side of the hammer( you are probably going to need more than one foam block.) now that you have each side of the hammer you are going to need the tape. tape each side of the hammer together, forming the hammer. ( THE HAMMER CAN NOT BE HOLLOW)

part 2) now that you have the hammer in shape on the bottom of the hammer you are going to cut a hole in the middle of the bottom the size of the PVC pipe you use for the handle.

Step 3: Step 3: Clay

now that you have you the top of the hammer you are going to need to make a hard outer shell.

part 1)you are going to need to make the clay flat so you need to roll it out (don't make it to thin).

part 2) now that you have your clay rolled out you are going to put it over the hammer(en easy way to do it is make a long strip that goes from the right to the top then to the left then just put on the sides) you might need to use glue if the clay does not stay on each side(use very little). but it just stuck to the hammer for me.

Part 3) the clay will cack! don't throw away the hammer. all you need to do is just sand it and fill in the cracks with extra clay.

Step 4: Step 4: Paint

if you have been following my directions your hammer should be almost complete.

Part 1) when painting the hammer part you are going to have to very careful on how you paint it. you will see every mess up. you will see if you did not paint in a straight line. so paint the hammer with care.

Part 2) at the end of the PVC pipe you should have the fake leather wrapped around it like i did. you are going to want to paint that part(NOTHING MORE THAN THAT PART).

Part 3) remember that disc you have well you are going to want to paint it silver to and when it drys you are going to glue it to the top of the hammer(hot glue is not the best for this part so you can use super glue of a glue type thing of your choice).

Step 5: Step 5: Leather Strap

on the bottom of the handle near the silver paint you are going to drill a hole threw the PVC pipe. then get a small and thin peace of fake leather and tie it around the hole.

Step 6: Step 6: Assembly

you are going to need hot glue.

put a bunch of hot glue in the hole and put the PVC pipe in. when you put it in glue all around the hole.

you are done with thor's hammer.
