TOUCAN DRAWING

I WILL SHOW BE SHOWING YOU HOW TO DRAW A BEAUTIFUL TOUCAN PLEASE COMMENT IF YOU HAVE TIPS OR IF YOU LIKE IT THANKS

Step 1:

FIRST DRAW THE MAIN OUTLINE OF THE TOUCAN.

Step 2:

NEXT DRAW THE BEAK AND EYE THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT PARTS OF THE BIRD BECAUSE THEY EXPLAIN THE DIRDS EXPRESSION AND GIVE IT ITS CHARACTER SO MAKE SURE YOU LIKE THEM BEFORE YOU GO OVER THEM IN MARKER.

Step 3:

THIS MAY LOOK WIERD BUT WHEN YOU ARE DONE IT WILL LOOK GREAT THIS IS THE WING OF THE TOUCAN.

Step 4:

NOW DRAW THE FEET AND DON'T MAKE THEM TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL I TRIED LIKE 7 TIMES BEFORE I GOT THEM.

Step 5:

THESE ARE THE FEATHERS ON THE BIRD THAT WILL BE COLORED ALL DIFFERENT COLORS. YOU WANT LOTS OF FEATHERS SO YOUR BIRD WILL LOOK FULL AND COLORFUL.

Step 6:

I ADDED A PIECE OF BAMBOO UNDER MY BIRD THAT IT WOULD STAND ON BUT IT CAN REALLY BE ANYTHING HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE TO STAND ON ANYTHING IF YOU DON'T WANT IT TO.

Step 7:

NOW I ADDED SOME VINES BECAUSE I WANTED MORE OF A SCENE NOT JUST A BIRD.

Step 8:

THESE ARE JUST SOME OPTIONAL DECORATIONS FOR YOUR BIRD.

Step 9:

NOW COLORING TIME!!!!!

The beak needs to be bigger, but other than that wonderful

Your drawing is very nice, but if you want it to Be a little more proportionate, here's what you do. You might want to make the head part a little smaller, or the body part a little bigger. Also you may want to make the legs little bigger or have the bird sitting on the branch instead. Also it may work better if you make a larger more curved beak because the because very important part into determining what type of bird you're about to draw is how the beak looks. One time I sketched an eagle, but it looked more like a pigeon because of the beak i drew. haha! I hope you enjoy the tips! The drawing is very nice.
