About: Hi! My name is Natalie! I have an awesome husband that lets me be a Play-at-home mom of 3! We homeschool and do projects daily! Check out my blog Doodlecraft for more awesomeness!

I absolutely adore peanut sauce...
but we normally just buy it in a jar.

But I just learned how to make a great version!

Thai Peanut Sauce...perfect for rice or veggie dip!
It's a delightful blend of sweet, salty and garlic.

Step 1: Ingredients!

5 simple ingredients:

1 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup of Soy sauce
1 cup of Agave
4 chopped Garlic cloves
2 cups of Peanuts (or any other nut)
(let's face it, fresh nuts are great...but you could use peanut butter and skip a step!)

You'll need a food processor or blender as well.
(unless you are using peanut butter...then you just need a whisk!)

Step 2: Blend.

Begin by pulverizing your peanuts.
If you have a blendtec or ninja or another fabulous blender...
you can throw in all the ingredients and blend it smooth.
I used a food processor to get the peanuts as small as I could.
(again, peanut butter)

Then I threw them in a big bowl for the mixing.
Added my oil and soy sauce...
Added the Agave and garlic...I love fresh garlic!

And then I used an immersion hand blender and
creamed them all up together!

Until mostly smooth.
You can go as smooth as you like.
I'm a chunky peanut butter kind of gal.

Step 3: Enjoy Now and Later!

Serve on rice.
Serve with veggies.
So yummy, and the family loved it too!

I made a large batch and saved some in the fridge.
I also put a bunch in the freezer.
It freezes perfectly and thaws quickly!
