If I could make one suggestion here - slow down the slideshow please. It's very hard to get an idea of what you've built at the speed they zip past at and the text is gone before you get past the first couple of words. From what I can see, though, seems like a nice piece of upcycling (no pun intended)
It was off of an old recumbent exercise bike. I made it semi adjustable by using the predrilled angle iron you get at lowes. I'm still looking for a 20" 3 speed rear end for the front, to make it pedal easier for my son!
A set of well-chosen still pictures would beat the heck out of the choppy video. Remember that the whole point of Instructables is to enable other people to reproduce what you have built

Hmm, that seems to be the most promising option. Thanks for the info!

I'm not sure, but I'll try adding the images.

Looks like a great idea but the first 90 sec of video is impossible to follow or read, can you slow it down to maybe 1/3 the speed... TKS!

sorry I don't know how to view or slow it down

If you go in to my image library it shows the individual pictures, but it scrambled them up.
Thanks for checking it out.

It would be an instructable if you describe your project, step by step. Not just put a video.
There is no difference between letting it on youtube and showing it here...
