Introduction: The Red Queen
The Red Queen
I purchased the Red Queen's dress online and found the crown and sceptor at a costume shop. Her hair was the tricky part because most kids don't like to wear wigs. I used foam curlers without the plastic holders to roll up all of her and shaped it like the Red Queen wears her hair. I bobby pinned each curl and without taking the curlers out (I needed them for volume and shape), I sprayed the whole thing with red-colored hairspray. I also sprayed her forehead a little bit to make the widow's peak, and then exaggerated it when I applied the white makeup.
