    Question 1 year ago

Could you replace the hall effect sensor/magnet with a simple timing circuit to enable the same effect? The reason I am asking is that I would like to hold the end of the string of LEDS in my hand and spin them around in a circle (like a fan or the bicycle wheel) to create the POV effect. Do you know of any way to determine the timing other than the hall effect sensor? Thanks for the great post.

Very well done, thank you for sharing it.
What do you think about GIF files, some animation would look fantastic. Is there a way of doing it?

Nice picks for the POV display. Have you tried riding a bike with the battery and Arduino yet?
