Intro: The Ultimate Single-Serving Brownie

I am a hard core brownie lover, and I have spent the past couple of weeks looking for a good single serving brownie. I found one or two semi-decent recipes, but none of them could really satisfy me. I experimented a bit, and now I have the ultimate single-serving brownie recipe.

STEP 1: Ingredients

You will need: 3 tbsp granulated sugar, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 4 tbsp all purpose flour, 2 tbsp natural cocoa powder, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tbsp milk, Salt (I like to use sea salt), Cinnamon (optional), Ground Coffee (optional, but OH MY GOD, it's AMAZING!!!!), Chocolate (I use Ghiardelli dark baking bar)

STEP 2: Combine

Just put all of the ingredients into a little ramekin and mix it until everything is together :) Nothing difficult here :P

STEP 3: Should Look Like This

STEP 4: Bake and Enjoy

I like to bake mine in the toaster oven for 5 minutes at 350°F Keep in mind that I like SUPER gooey brownies, so they are somewhat raw in the very middle. My mom likes cake like brownies, so she has me bake hers for 10 minutes.

Wonderful :) I made one just now, sooo good! I actually used 30 grams of melted chocolate instead of cocoa powder, so mine's really rich (I melted it by putting my ramekin in the oven while it was preheating and checking every 2 minutes, it only took about 4).
