Tie-Dye Cupcakes

Step one; Make any type of Vanilla or White Cake

Step Two; Split batter into three bowls

Step Three; Make one bowl read and one blue leave the third untouched

Step four; Pour the blue batter into the bottom of the cupcake tray

Step Five; Add plain batter

Step Six; Add blue batter
