Tiny Cork Boat (Can Be Used for D&D)

This is a small boat made out of a cork. I made it because I needed a little boat figurine for my Dungeon & Dragons campaign.

Supplies

1. 1 wine cork
2. 1 toothpick
3. A knife
4. A knife that can scoop
5. Paper
6. Safety pin

Step 1: Flattening One Side

Slice one side of the cork. You want to make it as flat as you can.

Step 2: Shape and Scoop

Next you want to shape the cork like a ship. The bottom of the cork will be the back of the ship. After that, you want to scoop out the inside of the boat using the scoop knife.

Step 3: The Mast of the Ship

Next you cut a toothpick as seen in the picture. Then you poke the bigger part of the toothpick in the ship. You may need to use safety pin to start a hole for the toothpick.

Step 4: The Other Part of the Toothpick

Now you take the shorter end of the toothpick and put it through the cork. Make sure to put it at an angle. You might need to use the safety pin to get a hole for the toothpick to go through.

Step 5: The Sail

Take a little piece of paper and poke holes through the ends of it with a toothpick it with a toothpick. Then slide the mast through the holes.
