This is an idea I came up with to store a bike tire repair kit and other small items in the stem where the bike seat slips into. The idea is to cap a thin lined aluminum or plastic tube on both ends and attach a lanyard on the top for retrieving the container out of the stem. Not only for tire repair kits, but can be for first aid kits, keys, and other small items.
