"TRANSFEMORAL PROSTHESIS - FABRILAB" is the third improvement stage of a design for lower limbs prothesis which wants to offer a functional and accesible solution.The presvious version is the project "Prosthesis leg children" developed by : Christian Silva (Biomechanical desig), Osce Days Bogota (Conceptual design and modeling) and Laurent Perrin (Improvement and modular development concept). The prothesis has been designed to kids between 3 and 10 years, however it can be used by people who weigh less than 50 kg and a mesure between their foot and knee of 40-53cm. Its used have to be follow by health and psychology professionals

It was used 3 different types of printing material according to every single part, it was used NinjaFlex(Flexible), TPU (semi-rigid) and PLA (rigid) and all name files have been saved with their respective material to print.

Inside these prothesis there is a spring which has to be made by people with the knowledge and you can find the drawing with all specifications in the file: plano_resorte.pdf.

For assembly and warnings about its use we strongly advise to read carefully the manual attached and watch the video assembly too. You can find them at Manual folder.

All reproduction or derivatives from this model should be supervised by a certified professional in the handling of prostheses and orthoses.

It is no a model for comercial use and all kind of intention of sell and make business or take profit from it or any derivation remix will be punished by the law
