Introduction: Tree on Wall
This is a simple wall decoration made with stencil and non-toxic water paint (I used kid's paint).
You'll need:
- thin cardboard
- cutter and scissors
- brush
- paint in various colours
- water
Step 1: Stencil
Find a flower you like. Print it or draw it and cut a stencil out of the cardboard.
Step 2: Branches
Paint some branches with brown. I made the branches come out of the angle of my wardrobe.
Step 3: Flowers and Leaves
Paint the leaves and the flowers in different pastel colours. Make some shadows using white or lighter paint.
If you leave the stencil dry out, you can turn it and use to make slightly different flowers.
Step 4: Pictures
After the painting was dried, I put back on the pictures, so they seem to be on the branches.
I did also a cat and two flowers decoration and cat paws here and there.
You don't like the work? Wash it away. When I left my bedroom and moved to my new house, my father and brother washed away the paiting simply with a sponge and some water. They repainted the wall in white and it's now all as before.
