Our objective is to create a tribal mask using clay.

Supplies

materials: clay, tools for clay, water, sponge( to clean your hands), paper, tape

Step 1: Making the Mould

First crumble some pieces of paper to give shape to your mask. You can tape it for stability.

Step 2: Giving a Shape to the Mask

Then take a piece of clay and roll it into a ball. Then place the ball on the crumbled newspapers and try to give it a shape. After making the shape, let it dry and get hard by leaving it for some time.

Step 3: Making Eyes, Nose and Mouth

Then make eyes, eyebrows nose, mouth, and tongue however you want using the tools that we are provided. Then add extra things if you want to make it more beautiful. Use clay paste to stick cracks or broken parts while making(clay paste is made using clay and a little amount of water).
