The concept for the Trick-or-Treat Glowing Bag emerged from a desire to infuse the age-old Halloween tradition with a futuristic twist. The ideation process involved brainstorming creative ways to make trick-or-treating not just about collecting candy, but also about making a memorable and captivating impression.

This innovative project combines the timeless tradition of trick-or-treating with the futuristic appeal of 3D printing and LED technology. It's the perfect way to stand out and captivate the imagination of trick-or-treaters, young and old, making you the center of attention during this thrilling night of costumes and candy.

Step 1: Design Halloween Badges

I use Fusion360 software to design your Halloween-themed badges. Consider pumpkins, bats, ghosts, or any spooky design.
3D print the badges using a 3D printer. Ensure they have a flat back to attach them to the bag later.
I Import images downloaded from the Internet and trace images using Sketch.
After making a sketch, use Extrude 3mm to make a 3D Badge.
I attached My DXF file for anyone who wants to make a custom badge with custom height.

Step 2: 3D Print Halloween Badge

Once your designs are ready, pay special attention to scaling them appropriately to ensure they fit well on your paper bag.
transfer your 3D designs to your 3D printer.
I use Glowable PLA material for 3D printing these badges.
Watch as your intricate designs come to life, layer by layer, with the 3D printer meticulously crafting each badge. This step embodies the fusion of art and technology, making your Halloween creations truly futuristic and unique.
Import STL file in CURA slicer to make 3D printed parts.

Step 3: Prepare the LED Strip Light

Measure your paper bag's dimensions, ensuring a snug fit for your LED strip.
Wrap LED strip around the bag and stick it with transparent tape at some intervals.
To assess the LED strip's functionality and illuminate your Halloween spirit, connect it to a 5V power source such as a power bank. Observe the mesmerizing play of light, choosing your preferred lighting effects or color schemes to suit your spooky style.

Step 4: Decorate the Bag With Badges

Let your artistic instincts flow as you decide where and how to adorn your paper bag with the 3D-printed Halloween badges. You have the creative freedom to arrange them in an artful pattern or place them in a more whimsical, random fashion.
Bond the flat backs of your 3D-printed badges to the paper bag's surface using a glue gun, ensuring they form a seamless connection. The badges' captivating designs coupled with the bag's transformation will create a truly avant-garde Halloween accessory.

Step 5: Wiring the LED Strip to the Powerbank

Gently position the power bank within the bag, ensuring it's discreetly tucked away yet accessible.
Methodically route the cable from the LED strip to the power bank, ensuring it doesn't interfere with the LED lights. Use small strips of tape as needed to securely fasten the cable in place, ensuring that it maintains a tidy and streamlined appearance.

Step 6: Add Paper Made Rope

Make holes side by side on top of the bag.

Verify that all elements within the bag are safely secured, and no loose wires or connections are present, ensuring the utmost safety and durability of your creation.
