Introduction: Triple Berry Popsicles

These popsicles are very light, refreshing and perfect to beat this summer heat.


1 cup Strawberry

1 cup Raspberry

1 cup Blueberry

2 tbsp Lemon juice

1/3 cup Sugar + 1/3 cup Water (or) 1/3 cup Simple syrup ( adjust sugar according to the sweetness of fruits)

Yield : 10 pieces

Step 1: Method

Wash all berries with fresh running tap water.

Take all the ingredients in blender, and puree until smooth.

Transfer the puree into popsicle mold.

Freeze it for 4 hours or overnight.
