Introduction: Ultimate Oreo Brownies
What makes these Oreo brownies the ultimate? The addition of chocolate chip cookie dough and peanut butter cups, of course! The careful layering of cookie dough, Reese's cups, Double Stuf Oreos, and brownie batter resulted in the most epic brownie I've ever tasted. This is definitely my go-to party food from now on.
I made these in a 9"x13" pan lined with parchment or wax paper, layer cookie dough, peanut butter cups, and Oreo cookies, and top with brownie batter. I baked them at 350F for 40-50 minutes, until toothpick between Oreos came out clean, but the very middles were still gooey and uncooked.
I think a good solution would be to put the Oreo layer beneath the peanut butter cup layer, or bake it in two smaller pans.
You can customize this any way you like by layering different types of cookie dough, candy bars, and brownie recipes. Go wild! Bake for less time than you think it will take, and just keep checking until everything looks like it's done! But remember, even undercooked brownies are still darn good brownies. Let them cool and use a serrated knife to make clean cuts.
Enjoy!

So for the brownie and cookie layers do you buy a box mix and make as directed (adding wet ingredients like eggs) before pouring on? Thanks! :)

Oh. Mah. Gah... Yup, as soon as I saw the title, I knew there'd be another alluring instructable from Scoochmaroo going on my to do list. Still trying to figure out what I can substitute for corn syrup (can't get it here in the UK) for her girl scout cookie recipe and one or three others. [drool]

Try looking for glucose syrup. It has the same properties as corn syrup, but may be made from other starches (not just corn). I believe it's usually made from potatoes in the UK. Good luck!

Use golden syrup!

Made a variation on these for the Bake-Off for my son's Cub Scout Banquet tonight. We skipped the cookie dough and did all brownie. We put some batter in the bottom, Oreo, more batter, Reese's cup, more batter. First batch had the Reese's on the bottom and the structural integrity of the Reese's failed and the bottom of the brownie stayed stuck to the paper cup.

I baked these for the office, but added whipped cream cheese frosting & caramel drizzle. My own evil plan to make every one else collapse from instant diabetes. Awesome treat!

Is there any way to get this amazing recipe without being a Pro member? I desperately want to make this recipe but when I try to download it, it says I must be a pro member?
