Introduction: Uncard
Uncard is a simple solution to the infamous earphone pocket tangle. Before attempting to make an uncard, however, there are two things you should know. One, it's ridiculously easy to make and to use....and two, it will probably make you smile.
Step 1: Materials
You will need:
1 old or unused plastic card (gift card, rewards card, i.d., etc.)
1 rubber band (preferably thick and slightly smaller than your plastic card)
1 pair of earphones
1 old or unused plastic card (gift card, rewards card, i.d., etc.)
1 rubber band (preferably thick and slightly smaller than your plastic card)
1 pair of earphones
Step 2: Band It
Take your rubber band and stretch it around the card longways, positioning it so that it runs directly across the center of the card.
Step 3: Wrap & Card
A) create a spooled form by wrapping your earphones around your fingers
B) remove the spooled earphones and slide them under the rubberband, squeezing the plastic card simultaneously to create a pocket
C) once you feel like the headphones are in a good spot, stop squeezing the card (the rubber band will now hold them in place)

Step 4: Put It in Your Pocket
Pretty straight forward here. Insert your uncard into your pocket until you decide to use your earphones.
Step 5: Uncard
A) Remove your uncard from your pocket and get ready
B) In one hand squeeze on the outside of your uncard while holding out your other hand in preparation for the catch
C) Watch in enjoyment as your perfectly wrapped earphones fall into your open hand below
Enjoy!
