You can make this charm from polymer clay or modeling clay
Step 1: Materials
Modeling or polymer clay
Glitter glue

Take different colors of clay and roll into long strip
Bunch them together and twist
Form them into a spiral as shown above
Start tearing the clay into pieces and then forming together into a smooth ball
Roll the ball into a thick strip
Form it into a sort of spiral with a point at the top
Add glitter glue and smooth onto clay
Let it dry
