You Will need:

A Zip - Close to your skin colour if possible, but always go pailer rather than  darker.
Liquid Latex - Flesh or Clear
Red lipstick (or other gloss finish red makeup)
Foundation and Pressed Powder
Fake Blood
Sponges (I used kitchen sponges with the rough side cut off)
Makeup brushes
A Mirror
A Hairdryer (optional, but set aside a whole afternoon if you don't have one)

The makeup items can all be cheap crap from Poundland / Dollar Tree.
