Intro: Use Your IPod/ IPhone With Wifi, Even Where Theres Only Ethernet

This will show you how to use wifi for psp, iphone, ipod, and any other device, even where there is only ethernet

STEP 1: Materials

The materials you will need are these:

--Laptop, with Wi-Fi and Ubuntu, Xubuntu, or any linux os based on gnome
-- Device to use wi-fi with
--Brain

STEP 2: Open Ubuntu

open ubuntu and click on the network picture on the right on the top panel, make sure u is connected to ethernet.

a little dialog will drop down, click "Create New Wireless Network" from the menu

STEP 3: Configure It

another dialog box will pop up. Leave evrything as is, except network name, where u will put the SSID click create

STEP 4: Finishing: Part 1

It will automatically connect you to the network.

STEP 5: Finishing and Finished

Open up the wireless settings o the device and connect to the network you just made. enjoy

This is real simple and easy. All you got to do is create a p2p network and your good to go.
 go to ubuntu's website, wierdly enough it's www.ubuntu.com and navigate to download the version that is right for you. I have ubuntu installed on a 4gb memory stick so it's portable
you should rename this to: How to set up a wireless bridge in Linux
Does NM take care of setting up bridging or NAT so other wireless devices can actually use the internet or do you have to configure that separately?
I think everything is taken care of.
