Introduction: Valentine's Oreo Cheesecake
Sweet Valentine's treat.Make it for you beloved one :)
Ingredients
2 packages Oreos Cookies (150 G/pck)
S cups Butter (for The Crust)
¾ cups Sugar
250 grams CHEESECAKE:
2 whole Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
T cups Heavy Cream
3 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
Step 1: Make the Crust
Take 1 and half package of oreo, divide cookie from cream and finelly crush the cookies.
Mix crushed cookies with butter. Press firmly onto bottom. Leave out about 2/3 cup of the crumbled cookies Grab a baking paper and a heart-shaped cookie cutter
Place some crushed cookie inside the cookie cutter and using the edge of your rolling pin firmly press the crumble inside the cutter. gently remove the cookie cutter. Here you go! You’ll have a nice heart-shaped oreos. Make 3 more using the remaining crumble, we are going to decorate our cheesecake with those hearts.
Step 2: Make the Filling
BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Add heavy cream and vanilla; mix well. Take the remaining oreos and chop them up. Gently stir in chopped cookies. Spread batter into prepared crust.
Step 3: Bake It - Chill It - Eat It!
Bake at 160 C for about 45, Then take your cheesecake out of the oven and place on top the heart-shaped oreos. Keep baking for about 10 min.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving decorate with some chocolate syrup.

This looks amazing. How many is "S" cups of butter and "T" cups of heavy cream?
And is the cheesecake like the premaid philidelphia stuff?
