Step 3:

Add 2 Eggs

tips- make sure both are at room temperature, I normally take out in the morning or at least 4 to 5 hours before baking.

Step 4:

Now add, 2 tsps of Pure Vanilla Extract, and 1/2 tsp of Almond Extract.

Step 5:

In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 1/2 cups of All-Purpose Flour, 1/4 tsp of Salt, and 2 1/2 tsps of Baking Powder.

tips- make sure to sift together all the above.

Step 6: Almost There!

Once you're done, add together in batches.

What I mean by batches? Watch video above for full demonstration.

Step 7: But Wait!!

Before adding the last batch of flour, please add 1 1/4 cups of Milk.

tips- make sure to leave milk out at least 3 hours before baking

Step 8: Preheat Your Oven to 350 Degrees

Once everything is fully mixed, lightly spray a cupcake baking pan and add 1 to 2 tablespoons to each cupcake holder. This really depends if you're using a large ice cream scoop. So at this point, you'll need to eye ball it, and make sure to not overflow. You don't want cupcakes in different sizes do you?! :)

Bake for 18-24 minutes. Again, this really depends on your stove temperature so start watching it around the 15 min mark.

Step 9: Icing

Cream together:

  • 5 tbsps of Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 5 cups of Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of Melted Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 2/3 cups of Milk
  • 12 tbsps of Softened Butter

tips- make sure that the powdered sugar is sifted. Watch video for full demonstration.

Step 10: Conclusion

Once the cupcakes are done, let them sit for awhile before adding the icing. We normally get so impatient but we're working on it lol. However, get creative and do enjoy! Also we wanted to take this time to thank you all for watching and having us in your kitchen. Now that's love!
