Vanilla Sky Apple - Microwave

You can use sweet or tart apple, depending what you like better :) This baked apple can be dessert, mid arvo snack, or breakfast.

Super easy to make and uses only 3 ingredients. Although it only makes 1 serving, who's to say you cannot make more, because it is that simple to make ;)

Step 1: Ingredients and Method

1 apple of your choice, wash and cored

1 tsp salted butter (if it's sweet apple)

1 tsp vanilla sugar

Microwave covered for 2 minutes, let stand covered, then enjoy~
