Introduction: 2-Step Simple Vegan Mac and Cheese With Veggies

This is one of my personal favorite meals. It's simple, fun, and very tasty. I hope you enjoy making (and hopefully eating) this delightful meal.

Supplies

To make this, you only need these four ingredients

Annie's Creamy Sauce Vegan Mac (Pumpkin and Sweet Potato)

Bragg Nutritional Yeast Seasoning

365 Peas and Carrots (No Salt Added)

365 Sweet Yellow Corn (No Salt Added)

Step 1: Prepare Mac and Cheese

Prepare the Mac and Cheese as instructed on the back of the box, however, when you add the cooked pasta back into the saucepan, also add a half cup total of veggies.

Step 2: Serve

To serve, put some in a bowl, sprinkle nutritional yeast over it, and enjoy.
