Vegetable Beef Soup
1 Pound Cubed Stew Meat - Season with favorite seasoning and shake in flour--shake off excess
1 Large Onion - Chopped (Large)
1 Pound Baby Carrots
1 - 2 Turnips Cubed (optional)
5 to 10 Stalks of Celery Large Chopped
5 to 10 Large Potatoes Washed and Cubed
Squash or Zucchini rough chopped
Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Bay Leaf
Better than Bouillon Beef Flavoring
Canned Tomatoes
Tomato Paste
Sear Meat in Pot with a small amount of oil. Add garlic and Onions. Add Remaining Ingredients. Top with Water and adjust flavoring with Beef Bouillon and seasonings. The Video shows you more concise. Making a soup is all about putting what you have in it. This can easily be just a vegetable base soup and use the Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Flavoring instead of the Beef and omit the Beef Stew Meat altogether. This can be used with other meats as well.
