Making pallet furniture can be easy and fun. Here's a project that will show you how to easily make a simple pallet shelf.

Step 1: Cut

Cut the last part of a pallet at its length.

Step 2: Sand

Sand all of the surface to make it smooth at the touch and ready for stain.

Step 3: Finish

Finish your shelf with stain, varnish, finish, whatever you want. I prefer to use an oil base finish because it doesn't alter the wood and leaves it natural.

Step 4: Hang

You're done, attach it to a wall and expose your most lovely stuff.

Step 5: Tips

You can make two shelves out of one single pallet.
