Step 1:

glue a popsicle stick down the middle of the altoids tin. Make sure a 9 volt battery can fit on both sides you might need something to hold the battery in place. then glue an engine on both sides of the altoids tin as seen in the picture. Cut holes in the top of the tin as seen in the picture.
