WOODEN FOOTWEAR STAND AT JUST 60.Rs or 1$

I am back after a long time. once again a very easy and low cost house held useful product

Its a wooden based footwear stand .

To make this stand we required very less materials,tools and if you spend very very less time then you can do this.

Come lets start !

Step 1: Required Tools and Materials

Tools:

1.Hammer.

2.Hacksaw blade.

3.Painting brush.

Materials:

1.Teak Wooden Reaper-25 feet.

2.varnish- 50 ml.

3.Sand paper- 1 small sheet.

4.Iron nails-50 gm

Teak wood reaper will be very easily available at any of the saw mill and if you go to the saw mill with carpenter they will you that teak wood reaper for free of cost.

In India cost of the wood varnish comes around 110 Rs per litter ..but here we need only 50 ml to 100 ml .if you need your footwear stand to be more shiner then give 4 to 5 coating on it.

Then the selection of size of the Iron nails are must be take care...because if u choose big size(mm) that may break the teak wood so be careful on it

Step 2: CUTTING THE TEAK WOOD REAPER

Now we are going to cut the teak wood reaper as per required size with hacksaw blade

First cut totally 10 numbers of 65cm length pieces

i) 4 no's of reaper is for four legs

ii) Another 6 no's of reaper is for footwear platform.

Then cut 4 numbers of short length 30 cm pieces.

Step 3: USE OF SAND PAPER

In this step we are going to make the teak reaper very smoother by using sand paper

To make the reaper smoother just scratch the sand paper onto the teak reaper

now u can see that our teak reaper will become more smooth.

Step 4: MAKING OF PLATFORM

Rite ....now its time to make the platform just refer the images to make the two platforms and check the size of the platform by placing your normal size footwear. good then move on to the next step.
