Introduction: Wake Up! Minty Smoothie

This smoothie is like a meal in the blender.  Easy, packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber.


- 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup of frozen strawberies
- 2 springs of fresh mint 
- 1 banana
- 6 oz of fresh squeezed orange juice. You can make it with fresh orange sections too, but it may taste "grainy".

Put it all in your blender. I have a 2 cup Hamilton beach,  it is super easy to make small amounts like this.
Blend until smooth.
