STEP 2: Step 2: Put Rope Through Hole

STEP 3: Step 3: Tie Knot in Rope

STEP 4: Step 4: Drill Hole Trough Broom Stick

STEP 5: Step 5: Put Other End of Rope Through Hole in Broom Stick

STEP 6: Step 6: Tie Knot in Rope

STEP 7: Step 7: Saw Notch in End of Broom Stick With the Hole

STEP 8: Step 8: Put the Notch in the Broom Stick on the Edge of the Wash Tub

STEP 9: Materials: Broom Stick, Rope, Washtub

STEP 10: Tools: Drill
