STEP 1: The Supplies

You will need:
Water colors
Rubber Cement
Water
Cup for water
Paintbrush
Watercolor paper

STEP 2: Adding the Design

Apply the rubber cement with a paintbrush in the design you want. Allow to dry 10 minutes or until completely dry.

STEP 3: Giving It Color

Paint with wet watercolors over the dried rubber cement in any colors you wish. Then allow to dry

STEP 4: Removing the Rubber Cement

Carefully remove the rubber cement with fingers.
