Step 4: Fix Others Pad on CD4017

Step 5: Install 1pc SMD Components SOP-8 NE555 Timer at U1

Step 6: Identify the Positive and Negative Poles of the Leds

Step 7: Place Tin on Pads From Pcb Silk Screen Printing D1-D10

Step 8: Fix 10pcs SMD 0805 Blue LED at D1-D10

Step 9: Fix Another One Pad for D1-D10 SMD 0805 Blue LED

Step 10: Install 1pc 1Kohm (102/1001) SMD 0808 Resistor at R2 on the Back Side PCB

Step 11: Install 1pc 100ohm SMD 0805 Resistor at R3

Step 12: Install 1pc 6Pin SMD Toggle Switch at SW3

Step 13: Install 1pc 220uF 16V SMD Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor at C1

Step 14: Install 1pc CR2032 Battery Socket at B1

Step 15: Install 1pc 10Kohm (103) Potentiometer at R5

Step 16: Install 1pc CR2032 Battery on the Socket
