Introduction: Wedding Sign in Decor, Pen and Upcycled Guestbook
How I made and remixed our Wedding Sign in Décor ; Sign in Book and Pen
We wanted to have a nice wedding with 125-135 guests on a $14,000 max budget, so we had to plan and do most it ourselves. We had 8 months and 14000 budget and many projects.
Step 1: Materials
Materials Used
Pen,
Feathers for Pen
Sign in sign (see my other instructable for how it was done)
Notebook with printed cover
A mini birdcage (dollar bin at Micheals)
Basic Craft Materials:Scissors, exacto knife, Tape, Adhesives E600 is what I use, hot glue , spray adhesive, wire, thread and needles
Embellishments: Including but not limited to ribbons, crystals, beads, trim, flowers, pins, feathers
Step 2: Gather Materials and Items and Begin to Cover With Ribbon
I started with the pen and attached feathers and blinging red leaves to it with glue.
Then I wrapped ribbon to secure it and glued .
I continued to wrap the matching ribbon all the way down.
I then I decided to add the birdcage as a stand.
I took a mini birdcage and wrapped lace around the outside and then ribbon around the lace, I then filled the middle with red material and a few rose petals I pulled off fake flowers
Step 3: The Sign in
I saw a little notebook at ross in the picture frame isle for a 5$ and upcycled it to go with my moto.
I ended up using a bigger custom one that me and my mother made together ( later I will make an instructable once I get her permission)
If you can find an old book at the thrift store or a really cute notebook with blank pages . Add embellishments that match your other items and ... there you go
Step 4: Set Up on Your Table
