Introduction: Weight Loss Drink
Do you have that annoying belly fat you can't get rid of whatever you do? Try this! Drink it twice a day, morning and evening. You'll slim out un no time!
Combine 1 Tablespoon of vinegar with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Then add 1 T of water and 1 t of agave. Mix together and drink twice a day, morning and night. If too strong, add more water till to your liking Enjoy ;)

I would like to see a reference to any study which suggests that "vinegar helps break down body fat". Also, to my knowledge there has never been any food or diet that specifically targets belly fat. Other than that, a great instructable.

The acidity from the vinegar helps break down the body fat, lemon juice is there to give flavor without taking any acidity away. The agave is to give a sweeter taste :) vinegar is not scientifically proven to help you loose weight, though it has worked for me and many others who have tried this drink.
