Intro: White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies (Subway Copycat Recipe)

In this instructable, I will show you how to make the white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies like Subway has.

STEP 1: Ingredients

3/4 c macadamia nuts

1 stick softened butter

1/2 c light brown sugar

1/2 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1 1/2 c all purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 c white chocolate chips

STEP 2: Mixing Time

In your electric mixer, combine the butter with both sugars.

STEP 3: Add Some More Stuff.

Now add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.

STEP 4: Grab Another Bowl

In another bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking soda together.

STEP 5: Bring Them Together.

Combine both of the mixtures with a spoon (not the electric mixture) so to make sure it doesn't get over-mixed.

STEP 6: Now Everything at Once!

Rough chop the macadamia nuts.

Stir in the white chocolate chips and the nuts.

STEP 7: Bake!

Measure out 2 tbsp of dough per cookie and place on a lined baking sheet.

Place in an oven that's been preheated to 350° and bake for 10 minutes.

STEP 8: Cool and Squished

Remove from the oven, place the baking sheet on a wire rack and flatten the cookies with a spatula so they look like subway's.

Let them cool for a couple of minutes before removing them from the sheet and placing directly on a wire rack to cool completely.

STEP 9: Enjoy!

Hope you enjoyed this instructable, if you try these, let me know what you think!
