This gourmet whoopie pie mocktail is perfect for a warm winter occasion! Classic flavors join together to create a rich and creamy sensation in your mouth! I have been making mocktails for years, and this is one of the most sophisticated yet! The Whoopie Pie Mocktail can also be made into a cocktail with the alcohol of your choice, but why mess with perfection?

STEP 1: The Ingredients!
To begin, gather these ingredients and measure as follows:
1 cup Whole Milk
2 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
3 Tablespoons Marshmallow Fluff
1 - 1 1/2 Tablespoons Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
A Pinch of Chili Powder!

STEP 2: So Creamy!
To start the frothy cream "filling", place a small saucepan on low heat.
Add the marshmallow fluff and 1/3 cup of milk, whisk speedily until the mixture is frothy.
For a delicious combination of hot and cold, place the marshmallow mixture in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, being careful not to let it freeze all the way!

STEP 3: So Chocolate-y!
Now for the "pie"!
In a different saucepan, also set to low, stir the remaining milk until it's warm. Add the cocoa powder and quickly whisk, until the ingredients are thoroughly combined! At this point, I add the pinch of chili powder for a nice kick, but that's optional!
Pour the chocolate chips into the glass, letting them evenly spread at the bottom, this adds a soft and luxurious note!

Gently pour the chocolate mixture into the glass, and over the chocolate chips. After letting the liquid set for a minute or two, carefully fold the marshmallow fluff "fusion" on top, you can also add whipped cream!
