Step 1: Electronic Part Components : -

3 - 220Ω 8

4 - 1k Ω variable 1

5 - 500k Ω variable 1

6 - Leds 8

7 - ( 3 – 9) volt 1

8 - Small DC motor 1

9 - Piece of wire .

This project uses IC LM 339 called comparator, in this circuit the ic determain the variable voltage that come from motion of propeller of motor in the mechanical part and let the led glow one after another (minimum voltage value glow first led , and second voltage glow second led and so on ).

Hint :- You must adjust the variable resistors until you get the perfect result .

Step 5: Mechanical Part Components : -

1- Propeller any type .

2- stick .

3- CD driver movement part or any free rotor move.

4- Square Piece of cartoon .

5- The same DC motor in the electronic part .
