Paper(scrapbook paper)
Fake candle (from dollar store)
Scissors
Tape

Step 2: Cut Your Paper

Step 3: Fold Your Paper to Fit the Wine Glass.

Fold it then tape it

Step 4: Put Fake Candles in the Wine Glass

Also turn them on

Step 5: Put Paper Over Wine Glass

Then your finished

Step 6: Enjoy Your Wine Glass Lamp
